I'm an Executive Assistant based in Davao City, Philippines, working remotely with US-based founders, brokers, and executives for the past few years. My background is Computer Science, and before that, art school, which is why I care as much about the details as I do about the bigger picture.
I've managed high-volume inboxes and complex calendars, coordinated real estate transactions and commission records, handled vendor invoices and reimbursements, and kept a growing team's day-to-day running so the executive I supported could focus on decisions only they could make.
